Air Intel aircraft alerts

Air Intel is operated by Gabriel Steiner. When available, this optional SMS program sends requested phone-verification codes and automated aircraft-proximity alerts based on your receiver and alert settings. This is not a marketing messaging program.

Your permission

To enroll, provide a number you control, select the separate unchecked SMS consent checkbox, verify your phone using the code you request, and enable SMS aircraft alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. An account, email subscription, or receiver purchase does not automatically enroll you.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with aircraft activity, settings, and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive an opt-out confirmation; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@airspace-intel.com. To re-enroll after opting out, follow the enrollment steps again and restore carrier permission if prompted. Simply enabling email does not restore SMS consent.

Delivery and safety

Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed by network, receiver, or provider availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Air Intel notifications are advisory, not emergency communications, air traffic control, or a substitute for aviation safety procedures.
